On Going Document Recycling and Shredding
Many companies have gone to year-round document, file, and paper destruction. This process supports their green effort and promotes their document retention and destruction policies. Unobtrusive collection bins are distributed throughout the facility for easy employee access and units for high security material are clearly marked.
The bins are designed to blend with your corporate environment and are secured with locks. A collection schedule will be tailor made for each area and detailed reports are available on the amount collected per bin, collection dates, and the individual performing the service. All collected material will be shredded to your specifications and certificates documenting the process are provided.
Our team is ready to help set up your document destruction and recycling program. It starts with a brief meeting where we will discuss your goals and wishes. We will perform a free evaluation of your current destruction and retention process where you will learn what you are doing correctly and where you may want to consider getting help.
