Boxes and files are tracked in our web based content management system using this highly reliable and secure process. Every time a file or box is requested, moved, delivered, picked up, or returned, it is scanned. This multiple scan process creates a complete audit trail of the movement of every bar-coded file or box. The scanning history is kept for the life of the box or file.
